The information contained in the handbook provides a general description of rules and regulations.  The school reserves the right to add to, modify, or abolish any of the handbook provisions without notice. Non-enforcement of any of the rules or regulations does not serve as a waiver of their future enforcement.

This handbook does not create any restriction upon Pope John XXIII Central Catholic High School's right to institute any course of disciplinary action that, in Pope John XXIII Central Catholic High School's sole discretion, it believes is necessary and consistent with its Catholic educational mission.
